爆破試驗臺的技術參數及控制功能

爆破試驗臺是(shi)對熱塑性(xing)管材、復合管材及其他壓(ya)力容器進行極限(xian)爆破壓(ya)力的破壞性(xing)試驗(yan)，主要是(shi)考核其極限(xian)壓(ya)力強度(du)跟破壞形式(shi)。并且模(mo)擬特定(ding)的外部環境，諸如介質加(jia)熱到一定(ding)溫度(du)，環境設定(ding)到特定(ding)溫度(du)，或者降(jiang)溫冷卻到特定(ding)溫度(du)。

控制(zhi)方式和數據記錄(lu)方式：

手動控(kong)制(zhi)，帶記憶指針表、峰值儀(yi)表或者二次儀(yi)表記錄(lu)配微型打(da)印機；

單片機或PLC控制，二次(ci)儀表記錄具有泄漏報警功能，配微型打(da)印機；

計(ji)算機控制，可事先設定實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)壓(ya)力、升壓(ya)、保壓(ya)、卸壓(ya)等參數，系統根據指(zhi)令進(jin)行自動調(diao)節，控制試驗(yan)(yan)過程，保壓(ya)過程不消耗能量，不產(chan)生噪音。并具有報表，實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)曲(qu)線等輸(shu)出功能。
