氣密性檢測裝置氣體互換工作流程

氣密性檢測裝置氮(dan)氣互換工作:首先我們要做的是清洗(xi)氣瓶的表明，接著(zhu)氣體瓶子通過上瓶架(jia)慢慢升到(dao)輸送線位置并平移到(dao)氮(dan)氣位置。

氣密性檢測裝置管路(lu)閥(fa)啟動，并把氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體全部放(fang)(fang)出(chu)來，再打(da)開(kai)氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)，把氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)放(fang)(fang)入(ru)(ru)瓶(ping)子里，關掉管路(lu)閥(fa);打(da)開(kai)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)開(kai)始排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)，待(dai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體壓力進行(xing)到(dao)正常壓力后將排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)關掉;接著啟動氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道閥(fa)，把氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)弄到(dao)瓶(ping)子里，在關掉氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa);開(kai)啟排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)，這樣不(bu)間斷的放(fang)(fang)入(ru)(ru)氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)，氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)互換(huan)工作完(wan)成。
