氣體增壓泵常見故障分析及處理辦法
氣體增壓泵如果不能正常(chang)工作,有如下幾種(zhong)可能:
驅(qu)動活(huo)塞(sai)密封(feng)伯磨損,導致活(huo)塞(sai)上(shang)側和下側串氣(qi);

在工作中有進會出現這種情況:需增壓氣體被斷開,卻開著增壓泵,增壓泵噪聲也很大。此進氣體增壓泵工作頻率很高,壓(ya)力卻無法加上(shang)去(qu),增(zeng)壓(ya)泵噪聲也(ye)很大(da)。長時間這樣工作,很容易損壞泵。同樣道理(li),當增(zeng)壓(ya)泵出口壓(ya)力很低時,增(zeng)壓(ya)泵工作頻率會很高,增(zeng)壓(ya)泵也(ye)容易損壞。

在實際工作中級連氣體增壓泵出現過這種特殊情況:卸壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)V5不(bu)(bu)斷卸壓(ya),增壓(ya)泵1頻率很快,增壓(ya)泵2頻率低,仔細檢(jian)查后(hou)(hou)發(fa)現V5設(she)(she)定值偏小(xiao),調(diao)高設(she)(she)值后(hou)(hou),出現可(ke)調(diao)壓(ya)力開關(guan)閥(fa)(fa)V6大量放氣(qi)。后(hou)(hou)來確認是(shi)增壓(ya)泵1有(you)問題。原來該增壓(ya)泵1的控制閥(fa)(fa)V2上(shang)側(ce)與管道2連通,沒有(you)斷開。因(yin)(yin)此增壓(ya)泵1不(bu)(bu)斷增壓(ya),不(bu)(bu)愛V6控制。換句話(hua)說,該泵與設(she)(she)計圖紙要求型號(hao)一(yi)樣,但是(shi)它(ta)少裝了(le)一(yi)個小(xiao)零件及氣(qi)路客道堵(du)頭,從而導致工作不(bu)(bu)正常。這個零件應該安裝在泵內,因(yin)(yin)此不(bu)(bu)易發(fa)現。為了(le)使該設(she)(she)備能夠正常工作,采取了(le)的方法:將增壓(ya)泵1進(jin)氣(qi)的截止球閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)氣(qi)量關(guan)小(xiao),從而降低了(le)增壓(ya)泵1的工作頻率,使泵組維持正常工作。徹底解決則是(shi)裝上(shang)該堵(du)頭。

還有一種特(te)殊情況:增壓泵(beng)2突然停(ting)止工作,總壓力也上(shang)不去了(le)。在(zai)現(xian)場檢查,發現(xian)它的換向閥(fa)V3被頂信不能動彈(dan)。于(yu)是關了(le)增壓泵(beng)組的壓縮空氣,卸(xie)下(xia)V3時,發現(xian)V3的閥(fa)心(xin)被一股氣往處彈(dan)出。原(yuan)來導致V3的閥(fa)心(xin)不能運動是因(yin)為該閥(fa)右(you)端(duan)有壓強,沒(mei)有卸(xie)壓。之所以沒(mei)有卸(xie)壓是因(yin)為活塞停(ting)在(zai)了(le)中(zhong)間(jian)位置,沒(mei)有碰開控制閥(fa)V1。導致活塞停(ting)在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)有三個原(yuan)因(yin):
氣體增壓泵1出現異常造成增壓(ya)泵2進氣口壓(ya)國過大(da);
氣體增壓泵2有兩個(ge)(ge)增壓氣(qi)缸(gang),工作時是雙向壓縮(suo),雙向行(xing)程(cheng)都需要(yao)提供(gong)驅動(dong);活(huo)塞(sai)在靜止(zhi)狀態下(xia)啟(qi)動(dong)時靜摩擦(ca)力大。裝回換向閥V3,打開壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)重(zhong)新啟(qi)動(dong),泵組工作正常解(jie)決這(zhe)種故障還有一(yi)個(ge)(ge)辦法,就是關掉壓縮(suo)空氣(qi),讓高(gao)壓氣(qi)體出口壓強降(jiang)到(dao)3Mpa左右,再重(zhong)新啟(qi)動(dong)泵組。
