氣體增壓泵的規范氣動技術
氣體增壓泵工作時,迅速往復工作,隨著輸出壓力接近設定壓力值時泵的往復運動速度減慢直至停止。并保持這個壓力,此時消耗能量很小,無熱 量產生,無零件運動。當壓力平衡打破后,氣動增壓泵自動開(kai)始工(gong)作到(dao)下一(yi)個平衡。
當驅動部分和輸出液體部分之間的壓力達到平衡時,增壓泵會停止運行,不再消耗空氣。當輸出壓力下降或空氣驅動壓力增加時,增壓泵會自動啟動運行,直到再次達到壓力平衡后自動停止。采用單氣控非平衡氣體分配閥來實現泵的自動往復運動,泵體氣驅部分采用鋁合金制造。接液部分根據介質不同選用碳鋼或不銹鋼,泵的全套密封件均為進口優質產品,從而保證了德科氣液增壓泵的性能。
一般泵(beng)都有(you)進氣(qi)、排(pai)氣(qi)兩個口(kou),在進氣(qi)口(kou)能產(chan)生低于常壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(即大(da)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)叫(jiao)“負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)”;在排(pai)氣(qi)口(kou)能產(chan)生高于常壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)叫(jiao)“正壓(ya)(ya)(ya)”;比如常說的(de)(de)真空泵(beng)就是負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng),增(zeng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)就是正壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)。正壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)跟負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)有(you)很大(da)的(de)(de)不同。比如氣(qi)體流向,負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)是外部(bu)氣(qi)體被吸入到(dao)抽氣(qi)嘴;正壓(ya)(ya)(ya)是從排(pai)氣(qi)嘴噴出去;比如氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)高低等。
